Louis Perez transformed our front and back landscaping into a showcase in Trilogy and did far more for less than all the other quotes we got. He business is extremely busy and he is easy to find if you really want to, he is up at Trilogy allot!

Let me start off by saying Perez Landscaping did our back yard this past summer and we could not be happier with the results. The design, workmanship and quality of materials were exemplary, especially for the cost.
Most of the negative comments about Perez Landscaping have some truth to them, as in messages not answered or calls returned. Many of our neighbors had used them and had similar experiences but we liked the work they did and had them quote our backyard anyway. We met with Luis Jr., showed him the bare yard and told him what features we wanted (patio with fire pit, stone planter against rear fence and a patch of grass for the kids to play.) When he returned with the plans and a quote, we questioned some of the features and ideas the plan included and took them into consideration while finalizing the plan. We made a few minor changes, but really liked what Luis designed and recommended.
When we decided to use Perez Landscaping, we expected some communication and timing issues, so when that did happen, we just got a little more persistent, yet still polite and respectful. In the end, we love the work that was performed and the final price was close to what was originally quoted, even after we made a few changes. The experience was well worth the result.

Best nursery East of Mt. Diablo!! Love this place. Been coming here for almost 15 years. Can't beat the prices and quality of plants/trees is AMAZING! Never had issues with growing and maintaining. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable for what grows and doesn't grow in our zone. I always come back for more.... CASH IS KING here but they take card or check as well.
