From start to finish, the process was positive and perfect. Jonathan was the first point of contact and was patient and knowledgeable. Lou, Bernardo, Roy and Derek were also just as professional and knowledgeable. I love, love, love my countertops! I totally recommend Limitless Kitchen and Bath!
For years I have really felt that finding a quality Contractor was as likely to happen as finding a Unicorn..... I have been burned so bad by Contractors in the past. BUT...I have found the Unicorn with Lou and his team at Limitless Kitchen & Bath. All I have ever asked from any Contractor is quality work, on time and on budget...and with Limitless Kitchen & Bath I got all three.....my floors and kitchen counter/back splash are awesome. They were fantastic from day one. Hire them and restore your faith that a quality and honest Contractor can be found. Thanks Lou!!!
For those looking for a quick review, simply read this: You'd be foolish not to come into Limitless to see Lou, Vanessa, and Beth. Worth it!! Very down to earth people who have your best interests at heart.
I came into their showroom on a whim, in the middle of the "I have an idea of what I want, but not a clue what the heck I'm doing" phase of my Kitchen remodel. I had gotten so far as having IKEA come out and help design a cabinet layout, and that was it. When I stopped in, I met Vanessa, who was VERY patient with me: I ended up making easily over a dozen visits and must have changed my mind as many times.
Eventually, we set up a time for Lou to come to my house, where we ended up spending over hours together, really awesome, talking/planning/discussing everything I wanted, and it was a MAJOR remodel. Never once felt like i was being "SOLD" anything.. I asked questions, and he posed ideas, solutions, and provided really good solid feedback. Best decision I made was having him over: my kitchen is REALLY well designed, and very functional, because I listened to Lou. He helped me take a "big picture" approach to thinking about what I wanted/needed from the kitchen.
I ended up ordering my cabinets, countertops, backsplash, and a few other miscellaneous items for the kitchen with Limitless. If I had to do it all again, the one thing I'd do different would be to have Limitless do all the construction/work for the whole project, instead of just supply the parts of the puzzle.
My kitchen would not have looked as truly AWESOME as it does without Lou and Vanessa, their input, their patience, experience, and professionalism. Anyone who comes over is awestruck at how good it looks, and is really
In every step of the process they were in, it was smooth, seamless, and felt like they really cared. You can tell that they put all of their energy behind what they do.
When the time comes to remodel the bathrooms (what the heck was I thinking buying a home from 1983?), they'll be the first, and likely the only place I stop, because they've earned it.
