A "shopping cart shepherd" quietly pulled in right behind my car in the Target parking lot as I was backing out, and I backed into it, leaving three small dents in my trunk lid. Based on prior hit-or-miss experience with other one-man service providers, I was prepared for the worst, but what Brian provided was the absolute best. He was courteous and professional on the phone and asked me to send him some pictures of the dents, and provided precise instructions on the angle and distance to shoot from. He then provided me with a very detailed explanation of the damage and what the repair would require. He provided an estimate with a not-to-exceed cap, and we set up an appointment for two days later. Brian showed up with his mobile lab and did the repair right in my driveway. He was thorough and efficient, the repair looks absolutely perfect, and he came in considerably under his not-to-exceed estimate.
