I heart Celia's! I've been coming here for years and even though I don't come here nearly as much as I did when I was a kid, it's still my favorite Mexican food restaurant in the Yoc!

I mean, what else is there to say? The food is just ridiculous! And by that, I mean ridiculously GOOD! Sizzling hot plates, wonderful aromas, gigantic portions, and as authentic as a small chain restaurant can get! For years I never even knew that Celia's had other locations because this was the one and only location that I ever went to. And to this day, that has never changed.

The interior is super spacious and welcoming. It has that old time Latin feel with its' classic decor and vintage style paintings and seating. The service has always been good when I've come. Granted it gets super busy, but they always seem to stay on it. They have their own little parking lot which is super helpful since it's located in the older part of Antioch. One thing to note is that it's located right next to a bus stop. I remember meeting friends and sometimes family here after work or school and catching the bus straight there.

So, let's get back to the food. Just phe-NOM! Or maybe I should say phen-nom nom nom nom! Practically anything off of their menu is flippin' delish! Buuuut... I'm obsessed with their crispy tacos! I can't help it... I'm in a taco girl at heart and I just gotta ta-co about it! Cheesy, I know... but they just make them so damn crispy and load them up to death!

During our last visit, we ordered their combination fajitas and their crispy chicken taco and chicken enchilada plate. Everything tasted AMAZING! The beans and rice tasted like they were freshly made from scratch like 5 minutes ago! The fajitas plate wasn't mine but it may as well have been from the way that I was diggin' all up into that plate! That baby was sizzling for the GAAAWDS, do you hear me?! When they put it in our table, I thought the whole place was gonna catch on fire! Yep, that's how much that baby was sizzling and steaming. SO GOOOOD!

But WAIT! The drinks here are delicious too! Piñas, margs, horchata, you got it baby! They make them real nice and they serve them in a REAL glass. None of that tiny glass mess, and I'm all here for it. Bottom line; if you're looking for some bomb ass Mexican food in the Yoc... look NO further! Celia's is IT!

My wife and I often go for mariachi on Thursdays and always have a great time. This time we came on a Friday and was very lively. They make great drinks and have great food and service as well.

Loved this place since the first time i tried it out. I was skeptical but this place is fire. I always get the rice salmon and salad its fresh and tastes great every time. Good local spot for mexican food
